Can't download or point app to dictionary on O2X #20

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download app from Google Code (latest apk)
2. Open app, settings, click Download dictionary. Press yes.
3. De externe opslag is niet beschikbaar. (The external storage is unavaiable.)
4. Download the dictionary from Google Code.
5. Selecteer map (select folder), dictionary not found.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Downloading dictionary....
Instead: External storage unavaiable

What version of the product are you using? On what android version?
2.8.1 on Android 2.2.2 (LG Optimus 2X Speed)

Please provide any additional information below.

Thank you for your report. This bug has been fixed on svn. We are waiting for 
translations to launch an update. If you want to help, just say so.

I am a native Dutch speaker. I've attached the .xml.
All the UNTRANSLATED fields have been translated and I removed the UNTRANSLATED 
comments. I've also cleaned up some already translated parts and added , X.W. 
Koehoorn (my name) to the credits. If you think my contribution is not sizeable 
enough feel free to remove it.

I believe that any contribuition is always big enough to be in the credits.
