be specific about default parameters on man page #164

For command line options such as

-e, --elasticity FLOAT
        Elasticity of nodes.

or

--camera-mode MODE
        Camera mode (overview,track).

it is not clear what gource does when they are not specified on the command 
line.
Adding something along the lines of "(default: 1.0)" would certainly help.
