The app allowed the creation of 101 budgets. Although according to the UG, only 100 budgets can be created. As a result, I was unable to execute any commands on the 101th bug. This inability to execute command on the 101th bug is similar for other commands although only delete was shown. The app did restrict creations after 101 onwards as I was unable to add a 102 budgets.

To reproduce this add exactly 101 bugs to the list and try to execute delete 101.

Good catch. We will get it fixed. We have changed the severity to low as this is a one-off error.
