Soundflower installs in Mojave but then can't find app #89

HI,

I successfully installed Soundflower on Mojave but then I can't find the application anywhere! I have done a "search this Mac" and all that comes up is the install disk image.

I experienced the same. After running the pkg file, granting the necessary security exceptions, and selecting the default destination directory, the installer reports success. However Soundflower does not appear in the Applications folder, and not all files were installed.

According to the uninstall script, running the pkg file should have installed the following:

/System/Library/Extensions/Soundflower.kext /Library/Extensions/Soundflower.kext /Library/Receipts/Soundflower** /var/db/receipts/com.cycling74.soundflower. /Applications/Soundflower**

However after running the pkg file all items marked bold, above, are missing; only the following files were installed:

/Library/Extensions/Soundflower.kext /var/db/receipts/com.cycling74.soundflower.bom /var/db/receipts/com.cycling74.soundflower.plist

Thanks.

same problem for me any solution?

hi, probably it is perfectly normal

https://github.com/mattingalls/Soundflower/releases/tag/2.0b2

can someone confirm that? 2.0b2 ver work without app interface, but only as kernel extension?
