Disabled removal of .region_data form internal memory.
This file should be keept because it's still in use, and lack of file results regional lock, you can bypass it by SubGHz_bypass, but a lot of newbie users are confused with regional lock, and asking a lot.
Verification
Presence of .region_data in internal memory after update/reboot.
