• I feel like the concept of “farming” data should be introduced earlier than the last paragraph of the “Cenuses” section (line 89), maybe a reference to the name of the chapter in the intro somewhere.
• Line 332: Which years do “these years” refer to?
• “Probabilistic sampling” section: it might help illustrate your point if you outputted a count of how many units were sampled, at least for the first simple random sampling example since the current output does not contain any sampled units
