Big Endian support #16

Hello,

the approach to develop an efficient implementation of protobuf is perfect.
I had a look at the tool and tried to understand the generated source.
At the moment it seems that only little endian architectures are supported , is 
this correct?
Since I intended to test it on a AVR32 platform which is big endian it might be 
a problem.
Are there plans from your side to support other byte encodings?
