We need a navigation bar which will be used to change pages.

create a navigation bar and place it at top of the page.
There should buttons that route user to the, "Home Page", "Search Page" and "Search History" pages in the navbar.
Also login and register buttons should be in navigation bar.
Name of our website should be presented in navigation bar.
