Receiving a SIP call during a GSM calls stops audio from GSM

Hi,
if i receive a SIP call while talking on the GSM line, even if I don't
answer to the SIP call I can't hear anything from the GSM call but the
other party of the GSM call can still hear me; is there any way to avoid
receiving call while talking on GSM (this would prevent me from hearing the
ringer while I have the phone close to my hear too...) or at least
resolving this issue ?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0.5beta, Cyanogen ROM on HTC Magic (using Android Telephone app)

Sorry I tried again now...this is the correct sequence:
1) receive a call from GSM and start talking
2) SIPDroid ringing without answering and doing nothing
3) When SIPDroid stops ringing I can't hear the GSM party any more but he is 
still
able to hear me
