No sound in 1.0.9 + CGPro PBX

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install 1.0.9
2. Call other person
3. Listen

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Working sound (like in 1.0.8)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Sipdroid 1.0.8 & 1.0.9

Which SIP server are you using? What happens with PBXes?
Communigate Pro 5.2.9

Please provide any additional information below.

Same problem.  I'm running Cyanogen MOD 4.0.4.  Worked fine before I updated to 
1.0.9
today.

Three notes:
- Calls to an echo test from Sipdroid work.
- Incoming calls register on Sipdroid, but no ringtone is heard (when it should 
be
based on my settings)
- No sound is transmitted or received when receiving calls.

While 1.0.8 fixed issue 9 it created issue 139. So the change had to be 
reverted in 
1.0.9 until a working change will be found.
