The person receiving the call has to accept anonymous calls :
tools - options - privacy - allow calls from anyone.
To call him, use skypeuserid@skype.
This worked fine for me ...

Why did you mark this issue as fixed? I have tried all suggestions here and I
still
can't get it to work.
I have a SIP provider, my contact on skype accepts any contacts, pbxes call
monitor
registers my calls to skype and says: "app: hangup"
Yet my contact does not get any incoming call, nothing happens there.
So what's wrong?

BTW my sip provider is sipcall.ch and it works perfect to call any normal phone
line.
But with skype somehow it doesn't work.

After your last message, it worked for a couple of days. Now it seems to be
broken
again.
