Ringer on phone stops working in conjuctions with a couple issues during GV calls

Both 50% of the time
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Receive a call through Google voice while sipdroid is showing yellow
registering

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Answering a call from Google voice that rang on both phone and sipdroid
after Google voice has already transfered to voice mail.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Would like it to ring the calls but instead it makes all normal
notifications through ear piece instead of speaker.  In first case it rings
the current calls though ear piece not normal rear speaker ringer.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Android 2.0 moto droid

Which SIP server are you using? What happens with PBXes?
Gizmo pbxes working fine calls sent through pbxes

Please provide any additional information below.
Both of these issues only show up about 50% of the time so there might be
other interactions that may qualify to make this issue arise.

Interestingly when I register right though gizmo5 not using PBXes i have not 
been
able to reproduce
