Media player starts sound output after end of call

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Play a song using the built-in Android media player
2. Pause the player
3. Answer a VoIP call
3. Hang up

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
As the player was paused before accepting the call, it should stay that
way. Unfortunately, the music playback resumes after the call has ended.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.2.2 on Android 2.0 (Motorola Milestone)

Which SIP server are you using? What happens with PBXes?
Asterisk 1.6.0.19

Which type of network are you using?
WiFi

Please provide any additional information below.

As I noted in issue #180, this phenomenon occurs w/ the Motorola Droid w/ 
firmware
2.1update1 and SIPdroid 1.4.6.  Please consider reopening this issue.  I'm 
happy to
test any attempts to fix this.
