Add an option of prefix for all number #265

Hi,
For my sip i must use an prefix for all number like 0078 for use my sip
account.
Unlike to have enter 0078 and my number can you add an option that allow
prefix for all number.

Like

Prefix
Add an prefix for your sip
OK

in fact for calling 1234567890 
i MUST call 00781234567890

For that please add this option
