Vibrate pulse

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Receive a incoming call

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect for the vibrating to come in pulses until I answer, but instead it 
just vibrates for 10 
seconds full-on and then stops.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ADP1.5

Please provide any additional information below.
This is easy enough to do, a minor change, please fix it.
