Stuck at getting product info #20

After run "mi-fastboot getvar product" it's get stuck "waiting for any device" tested on 2 devices poco x3 nfc Android 12, an poco F5 Android 13, same results

Where's this step in the guide? I follow the guide and there's no such thing as connect the device to a OTG or PC, I'm missing something?

Fastboot requires usb connection between host and target device.
