[DELAYED] /closemission command -> change missionnumber if necessary, make sure people file a report if mission was cancelled [DONE] /systeminfo list command -> list all stations [DONE] /restart command -> fix [DONE] /cmdr command -> include CMDR location from EDSM, include other commanders found [DONE] /help command -> include current users accesslevel

[DONE] /about -> redo credits formatting, include edassets, edsm & inara as links

[DONE] /closemission command -> Unable to implement. Explanation: If user were to create another mission or close and report another mission prior to using a "de-increment" command (which was planned in case mission was created in error), this would require de-incrimination of mission number in report and in mission channels created after the erroneous mission was created.
