The old themes engine is broken due to the migration to tailwind+shadcn/ui.

TODOs:

[x] Move all css modules code to tailwind
[ ] Configure the themes with the correct primary, secondary, etc. variables
[x] Create a function to toggle between dark and light themes (must be linked with the Theme settings)
