Recover the Tray menu (was deleted with the Tauri v2 update)

Would be nice if this is fixed, troubleshooting issues requires opening up task manager

I'm currently busy with work and studies, but when I have some time I'll continue with the development of this app :)

Anyway, you can try using ctrl + shift + i to open the developer tools
