Position data of hip bone disappears with "Auto Scale" on when retargeting #67

To quote Philipp on the issue " All the position and rotation data that is usually on the Hip bone is on the armature itself instead. And that gets removed when using Auto Scale." Attached are two gifs showcasing the problem, and a blender file where the issue occurs. Tested in Blender 1.2.1. MocapData ResultingAnimation

Up! I have that exact same issue. I've checked the bone list and all of the bones are correctly matching, even the pelvis. Both skeleton has the same scale on root bone. They also have the exact same rest pose. Tried to retarget with both Autoscale On and Off, as well as with the Current and Rest. Nothing worked. Any idea what's going on?
