Duplicate armature when retargeting in Blender 2.93 #73

  1. Detailed description: The user is attempting to use the Blender plugin for retargeting, but is ending up with a copy of the source armature when pressing the "retarget animation" button. The user is using a DAZ rig via diffeomorphic (not sure what this is, likely a porting tool) and Blender ver. 2.93.

  2. Steps to reproduce:

There is nothing unusual about this process, just the standard retargeting from a source armature to a target armature.

2.1. Actual result:

The duplicate of the source armature is created.

2.2. Expected result:

Retargeting occurs as normal.

  1. Known work-arounds: It works fine in 2.91
