Beta version of Rokoko studio live link plugin does not work with Blender 3.1.2 #92

Hello, Blender version 3.1.0 does not work with the BETA version of Rokoko Studio Live link Plugin. Installation faile 87ce976ce65fb3f2b5594e572dba9f9 d

Hey, could you please share the console log after trying to enable the plugin?

To open the console in Blender: Window > Toggle System Console

Uhm if you expand the plugin where you enable it, there is an updater section. Does checking for updates work there?

But I started the plug-in and I couldn't expand it without it showing

Interesting. Do you have a VPN enable by any chance? It seems this could cause the initial error

My VPN is always on, is it because of my VPN

I wonder if there's something wrong with my computer. Does your Blender3.1.2 have a way to run plug-ins?

@strdi-1 @Darkblader24 I resolved the issue! I got exactly the same issue with exactly the same error. I'm pretty sure this is due to China network connection issue after you saying check update doesn't work either. Set a global VPN will help resolving this. Note most VPN will work for the bowser only maybe that's why you got a VPN but it's still not working and that was what happened to me. Remember remove your broken rococo addons first for the fixing install. Good luck!
