I am having this exact same issue. Works fine in editor with my preset, cannot get it to work in a packaged build.
There’s a sample project live link inside the plug in folder. Open that up and try to plug in the widget and actors to your project.

I've been using the rokoko studio live link plug-in on Unreal Engine 5.3.2. It's been working great honestly in editor. Using the play 'in packaged' build in editor works nicely too. Although I'm running into the issue where it doesn't seem to work on a packaged build. I'm getting this on the log.
[976]LogLiveLink: Warning: Create Source Failure: The factory is not defined. [976]LogLiveLink: Warning: Create Subject Failure: The source doesn't exist. [976]LogLiveLink: Warning: Create Subject Failure: The source doesn't exist. [976]LogLiveLink: Error: Could not apply 'LiveLinkPreset /Game/Design/RokokoDualPlayerPreset.RokokoDualPlayerPreset'
Was wondering if I could get some help on why this isn't working?
