Checkout jekyll to build a website from different sources #121

Jekyll is the default tool used by github pages. It integrates nicely with docgen, md and other things so it could be very usefull.

Turned out that Jekyll doesn't integrate so well with typedoc (docgen). I decided to use Next.js which is react based and can be used for other web-projects, too. AND it is not ruby.
