Allow locations to be renamed #255

I would like to allow locations to be renamed as a technical feature.

Sometimes players may make typos when they create locations, and there may be a good reason to rename a location for plot reasons due to IC events. For example if a business is sold or a city is conquered by an invading army.

I'm fine if the authority to do this is confined to trusted roles such as GMs or the like.

As a GM I can rename a location, but it creates broken links if the location has activity.Unsure if this is something 2.0 will fix. . Changing the name of a place without collaboration of everyone who's written there, as well as the original creator, might be considered vandalization. The case that someone adopts a location and then wishes to augment it so much that it's in character context becomes seemingly irrelevant would be another bad time.

Considering this, a feature to lock location for edit/review by admin(GM) within x time of creation is my best compromise. This is to ensure it can be fixed at all & that nobody has their character history messed up (because nobody will be able to write there!).

Resurgence & 2.0 are bringing /sov changes anyhow in regards to locations & how/who owns them. The Inspect button in the explorer will bring you to the place page. Players are encouraged to get as creative as they want with their place pages. Here is where you would put something like a link to your group which has /sov over the location. Unless it's their literal house/HQ, most places aren't generally named after a specific character, faction, etc. On the group page players are also encouraged to get creative.
