This problem occurs randomly. Messages are dropped by other clients if owner of message is not well-known. Are you using the v1.8.2 ? or did you compile the source code from git ?
Disconnect/reconnection or restart the server may fix the issue. I will also recommand to create a new profile and delete this one.
About the music player, I'm not sure to understand what you means. In the subwindow menu you can hide or show music player. Perhaps it will fix it. To refresh position of this subpanel (such as music player), you may erase all your preferences (using some parameters at start up). Windows desktop should provide some ways. I guess. But the Reset UI button is a good idea.
Hi, I just want to remind you that you didn't answer my questions about the version you use. Did the problem occurs again ?
I used compiled 1.8.2. Yes, occurs randomly in some cases. Fixes after restart.
Player don't see GM's messages in Global. Other chats work well.
Your configuration:
Rolisteam version: latest Operating System and version (remove irrelevant):
Rolisteam Setting (remove irrelevant):
Local GM and Client (2 windows)
Also, I didn't find a way to pull out the music player window if it's stuck under taskbar. Maybe there is kind of "reset UI" button?
