Enable weapon type and supertype overrides so that swordType queries can set proficiency correctly.
New recharge types 'enable' and 'disable' which are uncharged but allow c: charge comparisons to support enable and disable of weapon attack rows.
Reintroduce support for effects on '-inhand' in such a way as not to clash with new dancing weapons type.
