Changes / Description

Several changes/updates:

With a new supplement and rules update about to release, I have added the new 'Tech' attribute that will be included.
Dark mode compatibility has been added (making use of the adjustments I made to the Cy_Borg sheet relatively recently).
Flexbox CSS rules allow for easier future layout-related tweaks (also making use of my Cy_Borg adjustments).
