Road Trip The Arcade Edition Freezes after logos #124

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Boot Road Trip
2.Wait until it hits a black screen
3.It never proceeds 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Not freezing forever after logos. Freezing after logos.

What revision of Nintendont are you using? On what system Wii/Wii U?
2.220 Wii

Please provide any additional information below.
Doesn't work on DIOS MIOS or the latest development builds of Dolphin. It has 
music looping and the reset combo doesn't work.
