Hi, I can send you a Front end, the latest (Version-6) if you give me a postal address ( richard @ tctec . net ). I also intend to have them available with on the website.
@Rollpopptery I'm also attempting to make this project. I do have several questions regarding the schematic. Do op-amps have to be TSB7191A? Or can I substitute them for something more common? Same goes to MOSFETS, do these have to be exact same or can I swap them for some other IRFs?
Hi, The op-amp is the most critical component, and that one is specifically chosen because: high bandwidth (22MHz), with fast slew rate 12V/uSec. We sample at 3uSec and need the highspeed to see the 'shape' of different targets, over a very short time (~10uSec). Other things the Op-amp must have: Rail to Rail output, and low offset voltage, so it works on a single rail supply. The Switching Mosfet could be any similar P type Mosfet.
Hi interesting project. Would like to also do some development and testing. The 3d printing and software part is easy for me however i just haver basic electronic skills. Is there a way i somehow can obtain a Front end circuit board?
