[Subtask] Reporting metadata with the model #23

Upload information like # classes, # training images and class-wise accuracy with the model as metadata, so that the end user on ADP can view it.

I bumped up the priority for this one based on David's ask in Montreal. Also then we won't have to answer so many of the same questions :)

@adityajain07 Can you share a link to this metadata for the current models in W&B @mihow I will add these manually to the database for now
