Add pagination to project overview

Currently we show max 40 projects in project overview. We need some frontend pagination here if more projects show up. In future, probably also some search and filtering.

One suggestion is to also show projects from the logged in user in a separate list at top? Now when we have lots of projects, feels they could easily get lost...
