RSEMエラー #2

私の環境はLinux CentOSなのでMacと違うのですが，RSEMのダウンロード・解凍後makeをディレクトリ内でしないと使えませんでした．

また，インデックス作成時reference_nameのせいでエラーが出ていました． ~/Documents/expression/ref/RSEM_reference下でインデックス作成を行うとき，本ではRSEM_reference/RSEM_referenceと絶対パスになってしまっていますが，./RSEM_referenceとしてエラーを回避できました．

rsem-preref RSEM_reference/RSEM_reference.transcripts.fa 1 RSEM_reference/RSEM_reference
Cannot open RSEM_reference/RSEM_reference.transcripts.fa! It may not exist.
"rsem-preref RSEM_reference/RSEM_reference.transcripts.fa 1 RSEM_reference/RSEM_reference" failed! Plase check if you provide correct parameters/options for the pipeline!
