Option to show Now marker at current hour instead of current minute

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The current implementation on the Now marker is not clear with discontinuous graphs. An example of this is a graph that shows hourly electricity price. At the end of the hour, the marker moves over the bar of the next hour which is confusing.

Describe the solution you'd like I'd like to be able to set the marker to show at the hour rounded down (i.e. without minutes) so that it would show at the center of the current hour's bar for the whole hour and move only when the hour changes.

Additional context Here's a screenshot where the marker is between 9 and 10 hour bars. In fifteen minutes or so it would be on top of the 10 bar even though the 9 pricing is still valid.
