installation apexcharts-card throught HACS not working

Describe the bug I tried to install apexcharts-card with clicking in HA and HACS installed. (A have already another HACS plugins installed and working). When I click to download apexcharts-card in IP.AD.RE.SS:8123/hacs/repository/331701152, it just waits for ever with "waiting icon" rotating all around. When I look at /config/www/community, I can see "apexcharts-card" directory with 2 files "apexcharts-card.js and apexcharts-card.js.gz". But "waiting icon" is still rotating and I can not even see any card named like apexcharts-card to by possible to add to lovelace. When I click to remove apexcharts-card, I get just "waiting icon" again for ever. And directory /config/www/community/apexcharts-card is deleted as well.
