Mac OS sometimes denies access to mouse and keyboard #5

Sometimes events not working at all (except CGWarpMouse) but switching access to system interference by our server app in Mac OS' settings from ENABLED to DISABLED and then back to ENABLED fixes the problem for some pediod of time, which is rediculous.
