I am having the same error running php8.3 on a lemp server. Is this getting fixed or how can I fix it myself?

I was able to make this plugin work with Matomo 5.1.0, and I have added two options:

Your IPRegistry.co access token
Default service
in the general settings. Please check this and let me know if you have any Problem or suggestion https://github.com/zaidan1/Matomo-IP-to-Company This fork is under development. Please make a backup of your Matomo installation before testing this plugin.
