Minor save path changes #16

This just contains some clean-up, enabling more control over file save locations, and adding the ability to draw a box/circle around a specified coordinate in showimage().

I will continue working on this branch later as I add NN2 stuff, just feel like I need to merge this progress to main because it's useful/important.
