Thank you for letting me know. There were apparently quite a few issues related to multiworld which should be mostly fixed in version 5.0.45 R-2
.
However, while it should now be possible to generate a seed with that particular combination of settings, it's unlikely and will probably take a long time due to internal algorithm reasons that would be hard to explain. I'm working on a solution to fix that problem but in the meantime I would recommend either disabling "Randomize Warp Songs" or trying different combinations of settings that should be easier/faster to generate.

Now I got a different issue, I managed to gen a seed, but I can't open a MW room because the rom isn't compatible.
Which version of the MW script are you using? I think you might have to play with the separate Triforce Hunt version of the bizhawk-co-op script since my branch has Triforce Hunt. You can find it here: https://github.com/TestRunnerSRL/bizhawk-co-op/tree/triforce

just did clone about 20 mins ago ran it with entrance shuffle and got this error
the error is triggered from NOT using decoupled entrances when enable the error doesnt happen the error is from enabling mix enterance pools - i had this same issue when i was coding this before i found this github lol.
