Add select to choice between selected, all or random number of dungeons shortcuts #66

Hi, in this PR I add a new setting to randomize the number of dungeon with shortcuts, or select all dungeon faster.

If we select random, the list of dungeon with shortcuts is available in randomize_settings section in spoiler log.
