Kamikaze/Spectre Lost Souls spawn in vanilla #138

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Make sure 'Set_rghvanillamonstersonly 1' is enabled.
2. Go through a campaign until you find a Pain Elemental.
3. Occasionally they will spit kamikaze/spectre lost souls at you despite 
having vanilla monsters only on.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
RGH_1_12_Beta2_Skulltag.pk3, ST 098D, Windows 7
