Hello I know method using sessionKey is block because of cloudflare. However when I try chatgpt npm library with OPENAI_API_KEY commit is work.

Trying to run you repo using npx graykode/commitgpt -c but i each time it prompts me to install it over and over again. Shouldn't this run you branch instead of original npx commitgpt -c?
