[Feature] Loading indicators #12

Whenever something loads, a loading indicator should be shown. Necessary in particular when loading the placement indicator, since it doesn't appear whenever the cursor is already hovering over a wall when the loading process finishes. Also necessary when loading the artwork list, since it's white for a while.
