[ ] assign correct aria roles
[ ] change a tags to button where is appropriate
[ ] add dialog descriptive aria stuff
[ ] create a menu that is visible only when you use tab and focus so it'll be available with the first use
[ ] in the menu there should be a toggle between opened instances: map, popup, navbar, sidebar
