[Bug]: DevHome & WindowsTerminal not updating #777

The problem

Does not find any updates: PS C:\Program Files\Winget-AutoUpdate> .\Winget-Upgrade.ps1 #################################################################

Running winget directly does: PS C:\Program Files\Winget-AutoUpdate> winget upgrade Name Id Version Available Source

Dev Home Microsoft.DevHome 0.1800.640.0 0.1901.687.0 winget Windows Terminal Microsoft.WindowsTerminal 1.21.2911.0 1.21.3231.0 winget 2 upgrades available.

What version of WAU has the issue?

2.1.0

What version of Windows are you using (ex. Windows 11 22H2)?

Win11 23H2

What version of winget are you using?

1.9.25.200

It's working now after I setup the listpath
