Page Value not updating with Enhanced Ecommerce

Name of affected component: Web Tracking (analytics.js)

Issue summary:
Since implementing Enhanced Ecommerce on site Page Value is not updating and is 
showing as 0

Expected output:
Id expect to see a Page Value reported for the pages that helped with a 
transaction

Actual results:
Page value is 0
