I'm not sure how to read the scales, the only one that is high is the ping scale . The download scale is only 4.13 is that what t's suppose to be?

I'm not sure how to read the scales, the only one that is high is the ping scale . The download scale is only 4.13 is that what t's suppose to be? #5

Three scales, respectively, the average value of the current sample in the test environment obtained. 1.Ping Scale, referring to the ISP and broadband service providers in response to the number of milliseconds connections 2.Download Scale, is the download speed 3.Upload Scale, refers to the upload speed
