I am extremely frustrated with this app. I don't understand how to read and/or interpret any of the meters. They are a far departure from the Speed Test online monitors such as the Cable Infinity (infinity.speedtest.comcast.net) or Speed Test (www.speedtest.net). I purchased the app for the sake of not having to always go online to determine my download and upload speeds. This app is absolutely horrible. It is not user-friendly and it does not get the job done. i really wished i never purchased this app and i really want my money back because this is an inferior app. Please help!

How can I recover from the Apple Store? Please advise. I am very disappointed in your response but I respect your decision to refer me back to the Apple Store as your solution to my problem. Awaiting your response on how I can recover from the Apple Store.
