Hi, I have a problem #24

Everytime I try to open, on my smartwatch, the camera icon or others icons I get a warning message to put BT notifier application but i don't know how to use it, can anyone help me? pls

Yea i think this is a scam of some sort because why would you send me too something about a smartwatch?
