Created a simple Gui to edit Settings and start Syncing. To allow a Tree Structure, the syncMyMoodle class have to be changed

Now the file tree is retrived with sync(), meaning only the links and names, then with download_all_files() the files are downloaded.

Currently missing selectable and coloured Tree. Log without functionality and Manual not implement. Tree resizing also not working. But Gui maybe ready for mergin
